Who this covers

SaliFi OS is an internal platform used only by authorized SaliFi staff. This policy explains what happens to your information when you sign in, including with Google.

What we receive

When you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.

When you sign in with an email and password, we store your email address and a securely hashed password.

How we use it

We use this information only to confirm who you are, to check that your email belongs to an active staff account, and to show your name inside the platform and in its activity history.

Signing in does not create an account. Access is granted only by an administrator.

Sharing

We do not sell this information or use it for advertising. It is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf, and is disclosed only where the law requires.

Keeping and removing it

We keep your sign-in details while your staff account is active. When an account is deactivated, sign-in stops immediately. Records of actions you took in the platform are kept as part of our business records.

You can remove SaliFi OS's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
